Voluntary Sector Grant Fund Application

This scheme is to support voluntary sector, not for profit organisations and charities across the district (Sole traders and Private limited companies with shares are not eligible). This grant scheme will be funded from monies allocated to Warwick District Council by the Government. Organisations must have a trading address in the Warwick address e.g. Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth.

This scheme is eligible to any organisation that has been adversely impacted by national restrictions and/or other factors associated with COVID-19.

Successful applicants will receive a one-off grant payment of £12,500.

Applications are live from 01/11/2021 until 5pm on 25/02/2022.

For this application you will need your organisations bank details and the latest bank statement from the organisation that is no older than 3 months. You will also need to upload proof of address e.g a utility bill. Also bear in mind that once you begin the application you can not leave the site, it will take around 20 mins. It may be necessary to provide further information or additional documentation. Documents need to be uploaded in PDF. 


We can only make these grant payments by BACS. You will need to provide proof that the bank details entered into this form correlate with the account used by the organisation. For your application to be valid you must upload a copy of your most recent bank statement to verify that the bank details are correct. Failure to provide this documentation may result in a delay in payment or render your claim ineligible.

Fraudulent Claims

The Government will not accept deliberate manipulation and fraud - and any organisation caught falsifying their records to gain additional grant money will face prosecution and any funding issued will be subject to a claw back.

We will only use the information you provide to enable us to pay the Governments Business Support Grants. Your data will not be shared with anyone outside of Coventry & Warwickshire Cooperative Development Agency and Warwick District Council, with the exemption of an Inward Investment Officer or Warwickshire County Council for the sole purpose of providing essential work associated with assessing your application. All data shared outside of Warwick District Council will be subject to Warwick District Council's policies relating to using and retaining data. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the local authority. State Aid Law

The award of this grant money must comply with EU law on State Aid, which requires that you have not received any other state aid that exceeds in total €800,000, under the De Minimis Regulations EC 1407/2013.
